Who is Favours Bar?
 

Favours Bar is a new concept that was developed from Bath Foundry Weddings who creates bath body & wellness wedding favours. To change the way favours are perceived and given, we developed the concept of a favors bar to inject some fun & creativity into guests experience. With Favours Bar, we are also able to expand our product and service offerings for our clients' needs.

 

 

Can I buy online?
 

To ensure we promptly response to our clients' needs and requests, all bookings are made via email at hello@favoursbar.com or Whatsapp us at +65 8850 3346. Just drop us a note on your requirements and we will respond to you with our best quote.

 

Can I arrange for a consultation?
 

Yes! We will love to hear about your idea / plans for your dream event! It will help us to create your favours' concept that meets your idea / plans.

 

 

I am holding my event at your partner venue. How do I book?
 

For clients' of our partner venues, please contact us and provide us the partner's code upon booking.

 

 

What are your payment methods?

 

Paypal, Paylah and Bank transfer are accepted. Once a booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with payment link (if via paypal) or instructions on payment. Bookings are accepted only after full payment has been made.

 

 

Where are your pick up and drop off locations?

 

For props rental, pick up and drop off location is at Choa Chu Kang. By appointment only.

 

 

Can you deliver to the venue?

 

Yes, deliveries by default will be to the venue unless otherwise advised. In the event that our on-site services are not engaged, please ensure you have arranged your representative to receive the delivery at the venue or alternatively, arrange with us to deliver to your residence / office.

 

 

How far in advance are bookings required?
 

Bookings must be made at least 30 calendar days in advance. For urgent requests, please contact us at +65 8850 3346 for a discussion (subject to availability).

 

 

 

STYLED TABLE BARS

 

What is a styled table bar (customised package)?

 

Our styled table bar comprises of the DIY Table Bar or the Buffet Table Bar. The DIY Table Bar (customised package) is a styled table according to your theme / colour palette of your event with ingredients that we have pre-prepared, ready for your guests to DIY their preferred favours in a few simple steps. The Buffet Table Bar (customised package) is a styled table with a spread of different varieties of your selected goodies for your guests to pick & choose. Our styled table customised packages include pre-prepared ingredients & packaging for 100 pax, a styled table according to your theme / colour palette, on site staff to guide your guests, delivery, set up & tear down services. Our table (1.8m L x 0.6m W) would be used unless you instruct otherwise at the time of booking.

 

What is a styled table bar (basic package)?

 

Our styled table bar comprises of the DIY Table Bar or the Buffet Table Bar. The DIY Table Bar (basic package) is a styled table comprising of 6 different themes to choose from.  The package includes a standard backdrop and table decor (48 hours rental) and ingredients that we have pre-prepared, ready for your guests to DIY their preferred favours in a few simple steps. The Buffet Table Bar (basic package) is a standard styled table with a spread of different varieties of your selected goodies for your guests to pick & choose. Our styled table basic packages include pre-prepared ingredients & packaging for 50 pax and a styled table according to your selected standard theme. Couples are required to pick up and return the Props and 
 

What if my guests is less or exceeds 100 pax?

Are there any other requirements?
 

For all styled table bars, styling services and backdrop rental, you would need to get permission your venue operator for us to set up a table bar / backdrop. The venue operator must allocate a space at the event venue of approx. 2.6m (L) x 2m (W) x 3m (H) for the set up and allow us to unload / load the props during delivery. If space is limited, please inform us as soon as possible for us to arrange a smaller backdrop. It would be advisable to provide us the contact of your venue manager after booking for us to co-ordinate the logistics with them.

 

 

Will your staff be on site to attend to my guests using the table bar?

 

For all customised packages for DIY Table Bar, Tea Buffet Table Bar and Dessert Bar, our staff will be on site to assist your guests or and to top up the items (if required). 

 

 

Can I extend the hours of the Table Bars?

 

Yes, extension of Table Bars can be arranged (subject to availability) at S$50 per hour. 

 

 

What varieties of desserts are available?

 

We have a wide range of desserts such as macarons, mini cakes,  brownies, mousse cakes, cheesecakes, eggless cakes, tarts, lava cakes, verrines, financiers, cupcakes, lamingtons, shooters, scones, puffs, scones, eclairs & cookies etc. with many different flavours. Halal desserts available too. We work with reputable and licensed patisseries in Singapore to bring you delicious and insta-worthy desserts. ALA-CARTE FAVOURS

 

What is Ala-Carte favours?
 

Ala-Carte favours are ready packaged favours. 

 

 

What are Mix favours?
 

Mix favours are a mixture of different favours (varieties or product type) subject to a minimum quantity per variety.

 

 

What is favours Insta-table?
 

Insta-table is a styled table in accordance to your theme where favours (single type or mixed) would be placed on for your guests to choose. You would need to get permission your venue operator for us to set up the table. The venue operator must allocate a space at the event venue of approx. 2.6m (L) x 2m (W) x 3m (H) for the set up and allow us to unload / load the props during delivery. If space is limited, please inform us as soon as possible for us to arrange a smaller backdrop. It would be advisable to provide us the contact of your venue manager after booking for us to co-ordinate the logistics with them.

 

 

Do you have discount for bulk orders?
 

Yes, for orders above 200 ala-carte favours in quantity, please contact us for bulk pricing.

 

 

Can I customise the favours?
 

Our ala-carte favours comes with customised labels or printed tags. We can also customise our signature packaging in accordance to your colour palette (2 colours). 

 

 

 

STYLING SERVICES & PROPS RENTAL

 

Can I opt for self pick up and drop off for props rental?
 

Yes. Self pick up and drop off can be arranged. However, there are some backdrops that could be difficult to set up and as such, we would recommend that our staff conduct the on-site set up. If you prefer to self set up / tear down, please contact us for a quote. Please note that for Organic balloon half arch and hot air balloon prop, self pick up is not available (but drop off is) as set up is required on site. 

 

 

Can the name cuts / neon signage be more than 10 letters?
 

Yes, it is possible to create name cuts /neon signs that has more than 10 letters. Please contact us for a quote.
